1) Cabinet Approvals on June 6 :
      i)Union Cabinet Chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi approved agreement between India and Russia on the joint issue of postage stamps.
   ii)Between India and Netherlands on technical coperation in the field of Spatial Planning and Water Management.
iii)MoU between India and Denmark,United Kingdom,France on Technical Cooperation in the field of Sustainable Development.
iv)MoU between India and Oman on Cooperation in the peaceful uses of outer space.
2)A web portal named Continuous Medical Examination(CME) was launched by Maharastra CM Devendra Fadnavis to offer information and suggestions related to exact treatment received by patients for various health issues.
3)To evaluate the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) policy the government appointed a group of eminents led by Baba Kalyani.
4)The Ministry of Women and Child Development conducted a day-long National Consultation on Child Protection in New Delhi.The objective is to protect Children against Crime.
5)A new Crop Insurance Scheme was launched by Bihar Government,"Bihar State Crop Assistance Scheme" with effect from Kharif season this year.If the crop is damaged less than 20% a compensation of 7500 is given per hectare and if more than 20% damaged 10,000 per hectare compensation is given.
6)"Bijli Bill Mafi Yojana" Power bill waiver scheme was announced by Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan for labourers and Poor families.
7)A six member Monetary Policy Committee headed by RBI Governor Urjit Patel hiked the Reporate by 25 basis points to curb Inflation. Present Reporate:6.25%,Reverse Repo rate:6%,BankRate:6.50%,MSF:6.50%,CRR:4%,
SLR:19.50%.
8)To improve ground Water Management in priority areas in the country World Bank has approved 6000 Crores under Atal Bhujal Yojana Scheme.
